Displaying css options and results in DW design view

Could you explain the best way to get the various styles/classes to show up as options when working on a page. Hopefully there are settings I can choose to have this automatically available in all the pages rather than having to set it up each time I open a page to make adjustments. Currently I am using the DesignTime function and selecting the all.css everytime I open a page. Not sure this is getting me all the options or really displaying things realistically.
