ZenBox CSS Update?

As currently drawn, any h3 header within a zenbox division is shown with the background, the hangy-downy pointer, etc.

Can we get a new CSS rule that restores .zenbox h3 h3 to "normal"?

Could we get a class of one_col that duplicates the current class col, please?

For consistency it would make it easier to teach.
