Document template header divider line

How about adding a red or dark grey stripe to the "document" template, just a few pixels high, roughly where the red nav header stripe would be in the normal template?

As it is (post-7/1), when you don't have a lot of breadcrumbs to create a grey stripe on a "document" page, the site title and the page title seem to fight for dominance in the same whitespace.
