Anything wrong with using Google Maps within a UNL page similar to: http://www.earth911.org/waterquality/de ... ?cluster=3 ?

I talked to the Google rep at Siggraph. They have a program called Sketch Up http://www.sketchup.com/?section=product that allows the creation of 3d buildings that are integrated directly into Google Earth. Someone flying around in Google earth could see 3d representations of buildings on campus instead of just the satellite image.
