New Template- Status bar not showing where link is headed

Postby mmesarch1 » Tue Jul 25, 2006 3:53 pm

HI,
I am using the NEW templages and using IE

When I roll my mouse over a link I see were the link is going for a brief second in the status bar of the browser and then it disappears. The links in the doc are using the standard a href tag.

I do notice that the links in the navigation bar and breadcrumbs do work properly.

Try http://snr.unl.edu:9112

The status bar correctly shows link targets for me when I hover over content links on http://snr.unl.edu:9112 using IE 6.0.2900 Win XP SP2.

Is this the only page this happens on, or are there other new template based pages this occurs on... such as http://www.unl.edu/webdevnet/ ?

And is anyone else seeing this same issue?

Hi,
If you go to any other web page in the Program areas they have numerous links. All are having the same problem. Is it something in your CSS that reference the <a> tag that I may need to do a difference style?
