'06 Template Restrictions

I am currently designing a website for Doctor Bonstetter's nerds' cohort hosted within the CEHS servers. My question is, as I do not have time to take the class, is if the only requirements for the new website design is to use the templates downloaded from the ftp?

A proposed terms of use was brought to the August WDN meeting... and is now up on the WDN wiki. http://ucommdev.unl.edu/webdev/wiki/ind ... rms_of_Use
Right now not having taken a class on the UNL Templates doesn't exclude you, but keeping informed of the progress and status of the WDN is important.
We just want to make sure sites aren't stagnant and unsynchronized.
