Popup template: Whitespace overlaps content

My popup pages have a thin white band along the right side that sits over the content instead of beside it.

For example, go to http://www.unl.edu/gradstudies/current/doctoral.shtml and click the Doctoral Degree Deadline Dates link (http://www.unl.edu/gradstudies/current/ ... ines.shtml). In Firefox 1.5 and IE 6 on XP, the white band obscures the "u" in the email address, the edge of the print button, and anything else near that edge.

I could just put all my content in a fixed-width div to keep it out of that space, but a template adjustment sounds better in the long run.
