Shelf Problems

Postby jlantz2 » Thu Aug 17, 2006 4:18 pm

I am just beginning to update webpages to the new templates and having a problem with the drop down menu for weather, people, webcam, etc. I keep getting an error when it's clicked on:

ERR: Spry.Effect.Animator.prototype.start: TypeError: sifr2[0] has no properties

The old templates that I am converting from did not use sifr. Is that the problem?

Thanks.

Yes and No. You have sifr as your title (good!). But the new template also comes with a new H2 tagline.

Here's the sample codes:

Code: Select all
<h1>UCARE Program</h1>
<h2>Our research program rocks in so many ways</h2>

That error message helps us to debug javascript problems. We are trying to standardized the way tempalte users implement their title and tagline. Instead of graphic or nothing at all, we want them to use h1 and h2 as they have more semantical value and search engine friendly. :)
