Footer Sometimes Covers Up Content

Have a problem with the footer covering up content on the page...doesn't happen all the time.

I have validated the page | I'm using ie7

This happens on other pages too - variety of pages - usually pages with longer content/lists. If I refresh the page - the footer appears in the right spot.

Never mind - I think it has to do with my tad slower connection here at home. If I refresh the page it works fine (just totally annoying!)
