How to add shadowed frame to pictures

I know it is supposed to say somewhere on the Web Developer forum how to do this but I can't find it and was wondering if someone could quickly direct me to how to Add the shadowed frame to any pictures. I am currently remaking the Beadle Business Center site with the templates and I like how that shadowed frame looks. Anyone that can help would be greatly appreciated!

But I believe there are some additional sizes which were added recently, see the CSS sampler page for all the other classes available:

Specifically the 4x3 16x9 and 3x2 ratio image frames.
