Converting website not created with UNL templates

I would appreciate any instruction you may have regarding old websites not using UNL templates. I've been requested to convert an active website affliated with Extension and funded on a grant. It was designed in 2003 by a company in Omaha, so consequently, it was not created with UNL templates. In 2005 control of the website was relinquished to the faculty and staff on the grant. I'm able to make revisions to the pages in Dreamweaver 8 will little problem. So how hairy will it be to convert to UNL templates? Is this website required to have the University "look"?

Nothing on Math was in the template.

I've basically been using Tidy to clean up the html, and then drop the body in the the templates and clean stuff up by hand or using perl scripts as needed.
