Reporting information security incidents

Everyone, especially WDN members, needs to be aware of an online form to report any kind of security breech, personal information exposure, hacker attack, virus, etc.
Use of the form ensures UNL's Security Incident Response Team is informed and can respond the incident in a timely manner.
