Not able to log on to update web site for review

I am a little frustrated with this. Probably I don't understand what is needed but I have been trying for 2 days to log on and make this change.
I couldn't get logged on so asked for a new password. The reply to that got caught in my spam jam, so the second time I requested it, went to spamjam and found it. (probably because it is gmain, not unl email)
Followed the link to change the password and changed the password.
Go back to
http://www.unl.edu/webdevnet/
to log in and it won't accept the password. If I change the password, why does it still ask for blackboard password which doesn't work either?

Well, I've got a guess ---

The WDN regsitry at http://www1.unl.edu/wdn/ uses LDAP authentication, which is synced nightly with blackboard.

I have no clue why they don't synchronize the two systems more often, or switch to just one authentication system.

If you remember your old password, you might be able to log in with that. But as far as I know, that's the only reason why the same login for http://my.unl.edu/ would not work at http://www1.unl.edu/wdn/

I was able to log on a little while ago and update the web sites to be reviewed. But then when I tried to log on to the bulletin board, it doesn't use the same id and password.
I am wondering if somehow I have 2 id's. Don't have a clue.
I think one has my id as pstruwe which is my Lotus notes id, and pstruwe1 which is the blackboard id.

Sorry for the troubles! We don't have common authentication for the WDN bulletin board yet --- so registration and accounts for this site are separate from the others.

Between blackboard, wam, lotus notes client and internet passwords it's certainly a mess. Sorry for adding another one on top of it... as soon as the WDN coding group identifies a viable replacement for PHPBB or can integrate LDAP authentication into this, we're stuck with one more login.

Ohhh single sign on, where art thou?
