I keep getting the validation error below for http://extensionhorticulture.unl.edu. I can't seem to figure out how to fix it. Can you help? Thanks!

You can't put a <link> element in the "body" of the page, it needs to be up in the "head".
Since this reference is in your navigation.html file it will insert itself into the body and not the head - which is also why all your pages are not validating. If you want this css link on all your pages, do a quick find replace for something in the header and add in the link reference, then post your entire site again, all pages will then include the reference.
