Firefox webpage looks fine - Internet Explorer Page does not

Will be transitioning all 4-H Youth Development (http://4h.unl.edu) pages over to the UNL Template soon. Boss wanted me to make the index page look like UNL Template with the anticipation of moving everything over.

Page checked out with the Validator page.

Firefox browser looks fine...Internet Explorer does not. Any suggestions would be helpful.

My best advice would be to take Mark Hiatt's course on "Dreamweaver Template Training for UNL Web Developers." You might also review the documents under the 'Documentation' header on wdn.unl.edu, particularly the "Template Terms of Use," and the "WDN Style Book."
