Error with this Directive

"UPDATE" - - at about 4 p.m., the site was working again. Have no idea what happened but we are back in business --

I went to our site this morning and we have a problem. http://lancaster.unl.edu -

The site has the message Error with this Directive at the top and no footer.

We've done nothing to the site to change anything that would impact the templates. When you refresh the page the template is gone. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
