There is a Drupal CMS Meetup in Omaha next Monday, 8/25/09.

At the Center on Children, Families, and the Law, we use Drupal quite extensively.

I was at a Drupal camp in Colorado ( http://drupalcampcolorado.org/ ) at the end of June and met quite a few local people that were enthusiastic about developing a strong user group presence in this area.
