Footer: Contacting Us vs Contact Us

Currently the CMS footer has "Contacting Us" in a place we can't modify. Example: http://unlcms.unl.edu/mcnairprogram/ron ... nair.shtml

I'm hoping it can either:
a) Say "Contact Us" instead (more common wording, I think)
or
b) Be like the pre-CMS version and not set that heading text in template stone, so the developer can word it as they choose.

Or maybe this is moot with the header/footer changes coming July 1?

"Contact Us" seems like a good direction to go
