CMS nav link to particular tab/anchor -- RESOLVED

In case I'm not the only person who was trying to do this:

Say you have content accessible at a URL like http://unlcms.unl.edu/whatever/mypage#tab3 and you want a CMS nav link (not just a body link) to go to that particular anchor/tab. In creating the nav link, the CMS won't let you use a path of mypage#tab3, but now it will accept the full URL with http and everything.

This didn't work when I tried a few weeks ago, so if somebody's tweaked things recently to enable this, thanks!
