I made the College of Engineering website go live on August 14. http://www.engineering.unl.edu I'm interested in getting feedback from people who use our websites, concerning the new design. So far I've mainly gotten positive feedback but I'm really interested in what may be missing or what could be improved to serve our viewers better.
After tying up some loose ends, I'm considering a survey in a web based form with invitations sent out to administration, staff, alumni and students via email.
I believe now that we have a final design and a functioning website, we can now get accurate and useful feedback regarding a real working website.
Is a survey on our functioning website something that would be beneficial to achieve our goal of having one of the best sites in higher education?
