Meeting minutes for WDN Meeting October 11th 2005.

CIT Demo of Content Management System using UNL Templates.
The CMS is built with JSP, Apache, Lenya.

Using Dreamweaver 8 with the UNL Templates.
Improvements to Design View, and elimination of Design Time Stylesheets.
Cost for departments is ~ $170 for Macromedia Studio 8.

Updates to the CSS UNL Templates:
Added a <p> tag surrounding the skip navigation link.
Altered PHP include structure to use the 'virtual' function.
New Fixed Width Page (fixedwsidebars.dwt).

CSS Updates to the UNL Templates:
Added header styles h1, h2, h3 etc.
Peek-a-boo bug in IE 6 Win.
Fix added for Opera toolbar rendering issue.

sIFR Presentation:
Possible solution to our 'grotesque font problem.'
Replaces text on a page with a flash element containing the font of your choice.

Ideally the required CSS, .swf, and javascript will be added to the templates so only editing the text will be required. This is in BETA now.
