Additionally the chancellor has informed the deans of all academic areas that their websites must be in compliance with the WDN, using the templates.
A request to have access to read the cvs commit comments and see the changes was made at the meeting - Brett is checking on anonymous/read access to a CVS web frontend for everyone interested.
New templates were released:
- fixed (standard)
liquid (only used when fixed will not do)
document (prinable documents, no navigation)
popup (standalone pages, no navigation)
secure (sites behind a secure log-in)
To update your templates, download the UNLTemplates.zip and overwrite your old template .dwt's and choose Modify>Templates>Update Pages within Dreamweaver.
The main website, and all other sites can switch to the new templates on Monday August 14th.
Design decisions made:
- Remove the show/hide button (more... is enough)
Keep the link color the same.
The hover state for the 'college navigation' area will change to a dotted underline on hover.
