A List Apart has been on my regular tour of web design websites for years, now. But starting with issue 99 and 100, I really became a fan. That was when they threw their hands up and finally said what I'd long felt: ENOUGH! Netscape Navigator Four Isn't Worth The Trouble! and began a serious push for standards adoption that has spread industry-wide.
Today, they're out with a kind of overview of the site, which has undergone several tweaks over the years.
