Print Stylesheet referencing "globalstyle.css"

Is there supposed to be a globalstyle.css file in the template download? Line two of the the print.css makes reference to it, but it doesn't exist on my system.

Alvin has been working on the print stylesheets... so what you have on your server now may not be the latest.

I updated the files on the ftp site this morning... when your files get synchronized you should have the corrected print stylesheet.
