Question on Approval of Site

Hi,

I have submitted the Nationally Competitive Fellowships site to the registry (http://www.unl.edu/fellowships). I fixed the errors from the first email recommendations and submitted the site again. Now, there is a problem with the Favicon and Global Header of which I'm not sure what the problem is. According to what I'm viewing, all that needs to happen is. If anyone would be able to let me know something more specific, that would be great.
