Batch validator problem on one particular site

I've got a weird problem: I can't get the batch validator to work its magic on http://www.unl.edu/postdoc/. It seems to handle our other sites just fine, but not that one.

If I put that URL into http://validator.unl.edu/batch and click Validate, the resulting page tells me to click "Start" but there is no Start, just a status bar stuck at 0%.

If I click the Validate (all) button, the status bar changes to 100%, but clicking for results just takes me back to the 0% version.

If I try the "if that doesn't work" legacy option and click "Revalidate (all)", I just get this:

This may take some time. Patience is a virtue.

Searching for sublinks now.

... but that's all. The browser says Done in the corner and doesn't even pretend to be doing anything. Same in IE 7 & FF 3.5.2.

There are other validation errors, but its this link thats causing it to crash, an href pointing to an email without the 'mailto:' protocol in front of it.

Thanks, that "mailto" cleared it right up!

It's surprising that something like that will choke the validator, instead of just making the page show up as Invalid in the results.
