Redesign 2009 Photoshop Kit

In order to (hopefully) get everyone off on the same foot during this process, I put together a Photoshop file that contains all of the necessary elements arranged in layers. For further discussion/background on any of these particular items, please see both this discussion and the UNL Style Book.

Shouldn't the footer be a required element? It isn't in the toolkit. Also what about the UN state shaped logo (that appears in the lower right corner of the current template)?

Aaaack. No question, Beth. Footer should be in there. We'll post a new design kit including a layer with the base footer content.
