Designs?

I thought I'd start a thread where people could post the designs they were working on to get constructive criticism and/or just show of what they were working on. Maybe (just maybe) they'll also provide some ideas for others, good or bad.

I'll go ahead and throw mine out first, since I brought it up.

I'm still messing with the navigation styling and some other things, but anyway...

Here's my in progress design that I'm working on. Some stuff isn't done quite yet, footer needs some work, nav, subsite globals, shelf, buttons for go on search and quick links, etc. Will auto-update as I tweak things. Borrowed some ideas from other guys... and added a touch of my own style.

Might as well put mine up. My goal was to keep the same frame and interior elements so the transition is easy for both developers and users.

Unfinished, super rough of one idea I had for the redesign. The content area was borrowed from Aaron's design but I was working on getting as much content as possible above the fold.
