Why doesn't wdn.unl.edu validate?

Our local instance of the validator fell out of sync with the official validator from the W3C. This caused some errors to not be reported and slip by our top notch staff.

There's a few other errors throughout, and it's not worth mentioning individual pages here. Good reminder to keep checking the validator though.
