PSD's are available from the devgroup ftp site:

ftp://wdn:1869@ucommdev.unl.edu/image_templates

Some use specific fonts that may not be on your system, but the layout may help nonetheless.

In addition to the PSD files, we now have two flash .fla template files.

The first is a template for the two column flash piece used on the Journalism site: http://www.unl.edu/journalism/ which was provided by Joel Brehm and adapted by Adam Wagler.
