Bizarre meta tag on UNL homepage

Take a look at the source of the UNL homepage. Doesn't matter if you're on- or off-campus. If you browse through the headers, you'll find this line:
<meta name="ICBM" content="40.817719, -96.701513" />

Yes, that's ICBM as in the missile (I can't find any other definition that fits), and the content appears to be the approximate lattitude/longitude of UNL. Having no GPS at hand, I can't verify it beyond being somewhere in our area of Nebraska.

I doubt it's anything sinister, probably just someone's sick idea of humor, or a way to blow off some steam. Still, someone should probably pull it off of there.

The ICBM address was used on the web in the usenet mapping project, and has since been adopted for many things.

I see. Well, I guess that makes sense, but it still bothers me a bit. As demonstrated, it can easily give the wrong impression to someone reading the code.
