Google Analytics

We're looking at deploying site-wide Google Analytics on the UNL templates.

We've been through a testing phase with some volunteer units and have had no problems with conflicting local department google analytics accounts, so now we're looking at moving forward.

We will be monitoring this closely over the next few days/weeks to determine in what ways we can use this data.

After thorough testing, we have concluded no issues regarding stability or conflicts in reporting exists. The Google Analytics tracking code for all template pages has been implemented. Please be sure to sync your template dependent files ASAP.

Departments that wish to use Google Analytics to monitor their sites can follow the regular installation process: http://www.google.com/support/googleanalytics/bin/topic.py?topic=10976.
