Page title location: h2 in titlegraphic or maincontentarea?

If our site title is h1 in titlegraphic and our page title is now h2, should the page title h2 go in titlegraphic also or stay in maincontentarea? Does it matter?

And, related: In my live pages, my titlegraphic h1 (site title) is almost always a link to the site's homepage. In the new template, that link gets default-tastic styling--blue or purple with an underline. I could just style this on my end, but can we get something nicer into the shared CSS instead?

Hey Erin,

The h2 page title can go in the maincontentarea (where it was under the 2006 style book), or in the new 'pagetitle' region. The h2 (tagline/subhead) within the titlegraphic area has been hidden.

I've fixed the styling for site title used as a link. Thanks for letting us know about that.

Will the pagetitle area have a style similar to the rest of the page? I am getting plain serif text.

If you update your local copy of the wdn/templates_3.0 you should see the correct styling - I hope.
