Transition to using new templates

I have updated all of the pages for Undergraduate Studies to the new templates and have uploaded all of them to now show on our website (www.unl.edu/ous). But there seems to be a problem, because when you go to the OUS site, the document that appears is a directory page listing files instead of the index.shtml page. I cannot figure out what the problem is. So, currently the OUS site is not working. Any suggestions?

It looks like your home html directory lost the symbolic link to where the files need to be stored.

When you enter your html directory it looks like you're inside ~/html/ but the directory you are really in is /cwis/data/ous/

so ~/html/ should be a symbolic link to /cwis/data/ous/

Anyways... that's the underlying issue.

If you can configure your ftp client to put the files in /cwis/data/ous/ that should work.
If that doesn't work then we'll have to get ahold of Tim Myers or Mary Lohse with systems to get everything corrected.

Got ahold of Tim Myers and he was able to fix the missing symbolic link...
