Some frictions are inevitable in our discussions; that's to be expected. We need to generally be constructive wherever possible. We've all been doing this long enough to have some ego involvement in it, and we all need to be aware of that in the way we communicate.

1. A state of mutual harmony, friendship, and respect, especially between or among nations or people; civility.
Comity is a pleasant state. Let's go back there.
